Nice website, although i must admit that it looks pretty jungled up.
The first thing you might to is make it look abit more cleaner. other than the you should probably make a logo for your header - that is much more attractive than simple text.

i cleaned up my site a big... by removing some unwanted bookmarking icons!!!!!!
