I just thought that some people may be trying to use the Wateen SMTP to use the Wateen account provided (myEmail@wateen.net).

You can use the following SMTP address in your outlook (or similar programs to send emails):
smtp.wateen.net

OR

POP3 - mail.wateen.net

I haven't used this but i hope it might help others
